These terms describe how this shop works today. They are being reviewed before public launch. They are not a professionally approved set of terms, and they do not remove your statutory rights.

Products

The shop lists products Sally has set for pre-order, or, at the larder, items you have already chosen to pay for. Descriptions, prices, pack size and food information are what is shown for that product.

The name Sally's Gluten Free Kitchen is not a statement that a product is free from every allergen, or that it is safe for every food hypersensitivity.

If ingredients or allergen information have not been supplied, the page says so. That sentence is not a claim that the product is free from any allergen.

Which products are made in the larder, and which are supplied already packed, is not yet recorded. Do not treat the current TEST catalogue as a finished food-information label.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds as the amount for that product. This Preview does not add a separate VAT line. A published VAT position has not been added.

Card payment on Preview is a Stripe TEST payment. No real card is charged. A signed-in, verified account can apply Larder Rewards before payment. A guest email is optional and is used for the receipt.

Paying does not sign you up to email updates.

Pre-order window

The normal pre-order window is Sunday 08:00 to Tuesday 20:00, Europe/London, for collection on the following Friday or Saturday.

Ordering can close earlier if the weekly capacity Sally has set is reached. A product can also be unavailable for that week.

Collection

Pre-orders are collected from the larder on the Friday or Saturday you chose, 08:00–18:00. Opening hours are Friday and Saturday, 08:00 to 18:00.

If you miss your collection, please contact us.

There is no approved rule for an exact Friday removal time, or for automatically holding a missed Friday bag until Saturday. Those times are not invented here.

There is no delivery and no postage.

Availability

A pre-order is an order for that collection, not a promise that every item remains on a shelf all weekend. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and we may refund it.

Cancellation and refunds

Pre-orders are prepared for a particular collection. Products may be perishable. We do not normally refund an order simply because you change your mind.

That does not affect your statutory rights. We may refund or correct an order we cannot fulfil, an order with a genuine problem, or where the law requires it.

The current system can record a full refund only. It cannot record a partial refund.

Larder Rewards

Larder Rewards are an account balance you can put towards a later purchase when you are signed in and your email is verified. On Preview the earning rate is a TEST setting. Live rewards are not switched on. Rewards do not expire in the current system. They are not cash.

Vouchers

A voucher, where Preview offers one, is one item on the account that claimed it. It is used in the pay-at-the-larder basket, not as a pre-order discount. Claiming it needs an explicit email-updates choice and a verified account. Stopping email updates later does not cancel a voucher already issued.

The launch voucher is not advertised as a live or legally certified offer. Dates, the product, and the cap are still to be confirmed.

Pay at the larder

Pay at the larder is for items you have already chosen in person. It is not a live shelf list, and it does not reserve a Friday or Saturday collection.

Your details

You need to give a working email if you want the receipt, and accurate account details if you use an account, rewards, or a voucher. We cannot collect an order we cannot match to the reference.

The website

This is a Preview site. It may be unavailable, and a TEST payment is not a live shop. We do not promise uninterrupted access.
